For Global Center setups like GCC, SSC, Manufacturing Centers and Engineering and R&D Centers we provide project-based talent search and select services.
The talent is searched using a wave methodology, wherein we search for the team leads in the first batch, followed by the operational teams and a parallel hunt for a CxO level resources is launched.
The recruitment cycle ranges from 1 week to 16 weeks. It is dependent on the availability of the candidate and his notice period.
What is the typical methodology used?
We recruit teams in project mode and usually, for a GCC and SSC setup, the recruitment runs in 3 waves. We employ all methods for search, including – web portals, advertisements, walk-ins, our databases etc.
Do you manage payrolls?
For the setup phase, we manage payrolls. Also, we manage payrolls for Managed center or dedicated teams.
How many can you recruit?
The team size for recruitment has no limits. In some typical first wave, we may recruit the team leaders and a team of 100-150 in about a 12-week period in a project mode.
