- Legal Approvals – Special Economic Zone Setup approvals with Import management. All tax and incentives setup and Management in Setup phase.
- Talent search and selection – 100+ FTEs across various senior, middle and junior roles and the Management team in India.
- Workspace Infrastructure – Setup of 10000 sq. ft. of captive facility with power backup, fire & safety, access control, cafeteria, training setup.
- Setup of IT Infrastructure – server farms, communications and computing infrastructure
- Setup of processes including billing to parent company, transfer pricing, HR policy, Travel policy etc.
- Setup of Governance.
