StepIndus wants to be a true partner to our clients, building India GCCs by derisking both the Global center setup & operations. StepIndus intends to be known as a subject-matter expert (SME) in the field of GCC globally.
We mitigate risks
Our leadership team has been associated with the GCC setup since 1993, having been key officials in dealing with the 100 per cent export-oriented Software Technology Park (STP) scheme and Special Economic Zones (SEZ) Scheme. It is the globalisation-oriented Indian foreign trade policy announced in 1991 that led to India becoming a GCC and manufacturing destination of the world.
The policy led to the establishment of a large number of Global Centres in India. As early as the late eighties, recognising India’s high potential, R&D centers were set up in Bangalore by Motorola and Texas Instruments. Years later, India grew into a Software and Information Technology Enabler powerhouse.
This experience of understanding the Indian landscape gives us the ability to mitigate the risks that may arise in India entry or India GCC (Global Center) setup.

Our Locations
We are a location-independent service provider that executes setup services using the PMO methodology.
However, we are primarily present in the following:
- Delhi-NCR in Northern India
- Pune – West India
- Bangalore (footprint)
We have experience in providing service in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities like Trivandrum, Gandhinagar, Jaipur and Chandigarh.
We believe the Tire 2 and Tire 3 Cities provide a good value for money, and quality, original talent at an affordable cost.
The Tire 1 locations of Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon. Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai have also been touched by us in past.
