The recruitment cycle ranges from 1 week to 16 weeks. It is dependent on the availability of the candidate and his notice period. 

We recruit teams in project mode and usually, for a GCC and SSC setup, the recruitment runs in 3 waves. We employ all methods for search, including – web portals, advertisements, walk-ins, our databases etc.

For the setup phase, we manage payrolls. Also, we manage payrolls for Managed center or dedicated teams. 

The team size for recruitment has no limits. In some typical first wave, we may recruit the team leaders and a team of 100-150 in about a 12-week period in a project mode.
