Private Limited as 100% Subsidiary. Founded by two Indian Directors and later infused FDI from principal and acquired under 100% Automatic route.

Our Engagement

Part 1 – Offshore Destination (Location) Study and Pilot Talent search.

Part 2 – End-to-end consulting and Set-up of a Global Center under Special Economic Zone.

Execution remarks

Executed project in 6 Module Framework successfully including.

• Legal Approvals – Special Economic Zone Setup approvals with Import management. All tax and incentives setup and Management in Setup phase. 
• Talent search and selection – 100+ FTEs across various senior, middle and junior roles and the Management team in India. 
• Workspace Infrastructure – Setup of 10000 sq. ft. of captive facility with power backup, fire & safety, access control, cafeteria, training setup. 
• Setup of IT Infrastructure – server farms, communications and computing infrastructure
• Setup of processes including billing to parent company, transfer pricing, HR policy, Travel policy etc.
• Setup of Governance.  

Achievement

Completed setup and made center operational in 6 Months. Total Engagement 12 Months.
