- Legal Approvals – STPI approvals. All tax and incentives setup and Management in the setup phase.
- Talent search and selection – 80 + FTEs across various senior, middle and junior roles and the Management team in India.
- Workspace Infrastructure – Setup of captive facility with power backup, fire & safety, and access control in TechnoPark Trivandrum.
- Setup of IT Infrastructure – server farms, communications and computing infrastructure.
